The Vegan Croquettes are prepared in a traditional manner, have a crispy crust and a creamy lupine filling. Delicious on bread with mayonnaise or mustard. Everyone who tastes them can’t contain their enthusiasm for this wonderful meat free treat.

INGREDIENTS

59% lupin structure* (water, lupin flour*, thickener: sodium alginate), wheat flour* (containsrye), palm oil*, onion*, yeast, maize starch*, thickener: carrageenan and guar gum, acid: citric acid, emulsifier : lecithins (soy), natural flavour, salt, ginger*, cardamom*, nutmeg*, clove*, mace*, cumin*, pepper*, parsley*.

PREPARATION

Deep-fry the defrosted Croquets one layer at a time at 180 °C for about 4 to 5 minutes. If frozen, deep-fry for about 6 to 7 minutes at 180 °C. Please note: defrosted Vegan Croquettes are very delicate.

EXTRA INFORMATION

Produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, nuts and gluten.
Thawed products can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days, in sealed packaging (4 °C ).
