Mix the defrosted Raw Mince with herbs and spices or keep it natural. Add an egg and some breadcrumbs for an extra smooth and juicy mixture. Knead into little balls, sausages or burgers, whatever takes your fancy. Fry them in oil until they have a nice brown colour and are hot inside. After frying, allow them to slow cook in a layer of water, stock, sauce or gravy for a really juicy result.
