Mix the Fish Free Tuna with the chopped chives, lime juice and a twist of the pepper mill. Make solid balls of the Tuna-mixture. Toast the sesame seeds until golden brown. Roll the Tuna-balls in the (cooled) sesame until they are fully covered. Place the Tuna Sesame balls carefully on a plate. Add some wasabi (to taste) to the mayonnaise and stir. Add a small dollop of wasabi mayonnaise to each Tuna Ball and garnish with cress. Now insert the lollipop-sticks in the Tuna Balls. Serve these appetizers with some soy sauce for dipping.
* We used different sesame seeds. These are not widely available. You can also use sesame seeds in a single color for this recipe.
